Team Coordination: Maintain effective communication with team members to align on profiles, deadlines, and recruitment priorities.
Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Is a current student or recent graduate (preferred).
Is proficient in English.
Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
Is familiar with recruitment software tools (a plus).
Has previous experience in a similar role (valued but not required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
