About the Role

Pento is looking for a Senior Business Developer professional to grow our commercial presence and pipeline, defining target segments, building pipeline, and opening strategic accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify target industries and buyer profiles where Pento has a competitive advantage
  • Build and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified pipeline
  • Open strategic accounts through relationship-driven outreach and your own network
  • Develop partnerships and referral channels
  • Represent Pento at industry events and key communities

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in Business Development or a related commercial role
  • Proven ability to open new accounts from scratch
  • Strong outbound skills, comfortable reaching CTOs, founders, and CEOs
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Deep knowledge of either the US or LATAM market, with an existing network in that tech ecosystem
  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Domain depth in a specific vertical (marketing, ops, supply chain, finance, etc.) that translates into credibility with buyers in that space 

📍Location:

US: Fully remote
LATAM: Hybrid, with occasional travel as needed
