Do I need to install anything or give you access?
No. The agent only visits the public pages of your store, the same pages any shopper sees. It works with any ecommerce platform.
What if my store blocks automated visitors?
Some stores use bot protection that stops automated browsers. If it blocks our agent, even after retries from other networks, we stop and don't score your store. A score for pages we couldn't see would only mislead you. You can ask us for a manual audit instead.
